Pressure Canning, Water Bath Canning, and Freezing

July 12th 9am-4pm 

This class will include three different types of food preserving; pressure canning, water bath canning, and freezing. Specially, we will be working with green beans, stewed and fire roasted tomatoes, peaches and corn. 

This is an in-person class that will take place at Von Holten Ranch on July 12th, from 9am-4pm. Lunch is included. Seats are limited to 18 people, so if you are interested be sure to sign up earlier rather than later!
